Nicola Wearne, Occupational Therapist and founder of the STOT Pathway

Meet Nicola Wearne

Nicola is an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist and Co-founder and Clinical Director of Bio Health Therapies in Perth.

Over more than 20 years, she has worked with clients from newborns to older adults, including athletes and dancers. She has been teaching STOT to other OTs since 2010, and created The STOT Pathway to bring that learning into a clear, supported progression.

This is an introductory educational guide, not a hands-on treatment manual or a qualification. The case studies are composite, illustrative scenarios, not real patient testimonials.
