Ongoing support, structured for clinicians
Opening January 2027 · $297 AUD/month or $1,600 AUD for six months prepaid.
Two live online sessions a month
A one-hour Q&A built around questions you submit beforehand, and a one-hour group coaching session that may include case study review, a walk-through of library content or business support. Every session is recorded, so you can catch up if you miss one. Real cases, real problem-solving, every month.
Mentorship from Nicola
Regular input and mentorship as your skills and caseload grow, drawing on more than twenty years of clinical experience.
Beyond the hands-on
Sleep, recovery support, client education and home programs, building the wider clinical picture around your hands-on skills.
The clinical process
From first assessment through to maintenance, so you can guide clients confidently across their whole journey.

The Collective is open exclusively to graduates of Soft Tissue OT Foundations. You've built the base; this is where you refine it, extend it, and put it to work across a growing caseload.
Membership is a separate enrolment with its own fee, independent of the Foundations course.

Grow with someone who's walked the path
I'm an Occupational Therapist, the same as you, with more than twenty years of clinical experience. I was blessed to learn soft tissue work closely, often one-on-one, from Laurie Farrow, and I know how much it matters to have someone in your corner as your skills grow.
I co-founded Max Health Therapies, now Bio Health Therapies, in 2009, and I've been teaching STOT to other OTs since 2010. I still treat clients every week, and I still run the business side of private practice, so the guidance you get in the Collective comes straight from a working clinic. From my clinic to yours.
